Shannon Anderson founded Anderson Search
Partners, LLC, in 2004. Under her leadership, the team brings a combined 40
year track record specializing in executive talent acquisition within the
software/internet industry. The team has been recognized for their work with
Google, Amazon, EMC, Microsoft, Ignition Partners, OVP, Seapoint Ventures, and
a variety of early-mid stage-late stage privately funded companies.

She co-founded Anderson Search Partners, LLC in 2004. From 2000-2004, Shannon was the Recruiting Principal at Ignition Partners venture capital, where she conducted executive searches and managed recruiting for Ignition's portfolio companies in the enterprise, infrastructure and consumer software sectors. From 1991 to 2000, Shannon was a Senior Recruiting Manager at Microsoft, where she recruited executive, technical and marketing professionals; created and led Microsoft's worldwide recruiter training programs; and developed an internal recruiting research/ competitive intelligence group known as the "Strike Team". Prior to Microsoft, Shannon was an independent executive search consultant in the Bay Area from 1988 to 1991, where she conducted management searches in the high tech sector for F500 companies. Shannon completed BS degree studies in marketing and advertising at San Jose State University. Shannon previously sat on the Advisory Boards of Jobster.com and the ESIX Executive Search Academy.

Earlier roles include Principal at Laurel Group/LG Technology, Senior Technical Recruiter in Microsoft's Enterprise Server division, recruiting consultant for Unwired Planet (now OpenWave), and Vice President at Rod Asher & Associates. In these roles, Eric has engaged in searches for software engineers, technical architects, program managers, researchers, and technical leaders. Clients have included Fortune 500 and start-up companies developing advanced software products and technologies. Eric has trained technical recruiters in search firms and corporate staffing organizations. He holds a BA, English from University of Washington in Seattle.
